Loren Kroeker, Executive DirectorLoren Kroeker has served as the Administrator of Lincoln Glen Manor since September of 1995. Mr. Kroeker holds licenses as a Nursing Home Administrator and Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Administrator. He is also a licensed minister with the Pacific District Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches and served at the Administrative Pastor for Lincoln Glen Church from 1990 to 1995 prior to coming to Lincoln Glen Manor.
Rebecca Turner, Nursing Administrator
Rebecca has been licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator since 1990. She currently serves as president of the Santa Clara chapter of the California Association of Health Facilities as well as being a Statewide Committee Member. Rebecca is a rare health care administrator for seniors in that she possesses both a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management and a Masters degree in Gerontology.
Roberta Robbins, Director of Nursing
Roberta is a liscenced Registered Nurse who has chosen to serve the needs of seniors in long-term care since 1978. She is certified as a Gerontological Nurse Specialist, has served as a Nursing Assistant/Gerontology instructor with West Valley - Mission Community College and as a Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor for Acute and Long-Term Care with De Anza College. Roberta is responsible for all patient care issues, documentation, staffing and supervision of all licensed nurses and certified assistants.
Barbara Feiller, Assisted Living Center AdministratorBarbara Feiller has been employed at Lincoln Glen since 1991. Under Barbara's direction, the occupancy level of the Manor (congregate living facility) has been better than at any point in Lincoln Glen's 30 year history. In 1998, Barbara qualified for and received a license as an administrator for a Residential Facility for the Elderly. In 2001 she was promoted to Administrator at the Assisted Living Center.
Vicky Madriaga, Accounting Manager
Vicky Madriaga has been involved in accounting systems for long-term care since 1982. She took over the Accounting Manager position at Lincoln Glen in October of 1995. Since that time she has streamlined the billing systems for Medi-Cal and Medicare and Lincoln Glen has not lost any revenue due to late billing or billing errors.
